C-Connect Privacy Policy

Who we are
C-Connect is operated by MAED Pty Ltd in Australia. It provides authorised organisations and people with access to connected business and operational software.
Information we collect
We collect account and identity information, including your name, verified email address and provider identifiers supplied when you sign in with Google. We also process organisation, membership, invitation, access, audit, operational and support information supplied by you or an authorised organisation. We do not use your Google password and do not use your Google profile image as C-Connect profile data.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, determine and enforce access, operate C-Connect and its Solutions, deliver invitations and requested communications, maintain security and audit records, support users, and meet legal obligations. Google identity data is used only for sign-in, account linking and security.
Storage, sharing and location
C-Connect stores application data in access-controlled Google Cloud services in Australia. We share information only with the organisation responsible for the relevant workspace, service providers needed to operate C-Connect, professional advisers or authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only while needed for the purposes above, contractual and audit requirements, dispute resolution and applicable law. Retention differs by record type. We use encrypted transport, restricted service identities, revocable sessions, tenant access controls, audit trails and protected secret storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw optional consent, or request deletion where retention is not otherwise required. Your organisation may also administer business records and access assigned under its authority. Signing out or removing Google access does not itself delete records C-Connect must retain.
